- Lisa and I connected, but did no business
I had the misfortune of dealing with Ms. Ma in her role as buyers agent for property I was selling. She was extremely difficult to deal with, has poor communications skills, exhibited questionable ethics and operated in complete disregard for contractual requirements. As a result her buyers were in breach of contract. She forwarded to us a private communication between her clients and herself that exposed their desire to get out of their contractual obligations. Additionally she revealed that she had an agreement with buyers to kick back a portion of her commission. Dealing with her was a terrible experience. If she represents buyers placing a contract on a property you are selling, I advise you to run. Just run. Do not do business with this person.
