Lisa went above and beyond to cancel our escrow for a house that our offer had been accepted. My husband and I with our 2 month old put an offer and they countered it and we accepted they counter offer. We are young hardworking couple. They played so nasty Involving attorney to plan a dead end on our escrow date with every step of the way. They emailed us on Friday night 11:40 pm giving us 3 calendar days notice to close when they knew you cant record due to Covid on the same day u close escrow. Sat and Sunday banks were closed so lender couldn't do anything. They had asked escrow company not to accept fund coming from our lender. They did everything they could to try to push it to the cut off time for wire transfer They put us through so much and especially a breastfeeding mom. They played so nasty. Do not trust this entity. Our money was in escrow at the end our docs was in. We did the notary. Regardless of what we did on our closing day everything ready they planned a trap for us. Do not trust to make a deal with
