Lisa Swint

I have been in the business since 1997. I am a native Hendersonville girl. I went to a local private school here for 12 years then went to the O'More College of Design. I started flipping houses at the age of 21 and decided to get my license after I had bought 8 houses at the age of 29. I got my affiliate license in 1997. My husband and I own several rental properties both residential and commercial. I received my brokers license in 2004. I love real estate and have done just about every aspect of it from rental, flipping, working with several builders in selling new construction, finding land for the developers and taking tracts of land through planning and zoning, relocation, selling a lot of lake homes, and commercial properties. I love this job and could never see myself doing anything else! I have two grown children in college, worship at the Hendersonville Church of Christ and have a lot of hobbies besides real estate! I enjoy cooking, sewing, water skiing, snow skiing, traveling, & crafting! Come see me when you are town!
