She did all the paperwork necessary to list the property immediately and was very accommodating with the requests I had for the property information that I wanted in the listing. Great work by Lorie and her team. My 97 year old mother had a modular home in the High Point community in Brooksville Florida that she decided to sell after moving to the Oak Hill Assisted Living community. The home needed some work and mom wasn't able to complete the necessary work , so we decided to try and sell the home "as is". Lorie and Richard came into the picture after being recommended by a friend and realtor here in New Mexico where I live. Their work was outstanding to the point of visiting my mom at Oak Hill and driving her over to her home to help them on their initial visit. Long story short, the time from listing to closing was two weeks. Two weeks! Unheard of in the real estate world, and primarily due to the great work of Lorie and Richard. Thanks again so much!

Buyer broker experience. From start to finish Lorie & Todd were great to work with. The knowledge they had about the area we were searching in was excellent. Although we thought it would be hard to search for a home virtually, Lorie made it very easy for us. As soon as a home popped up we wanted to see, Lorie was right on it, even though she was 45 minutes away. Sometimes she would go back & forth a couple times a day! Couldnt ask for a better agent. I can honestly say that I would recommend Lorie without hesitation. If you are thinking about selling your home but don't know where to begin, then you need to contact Todd and Lorie. I was totally lost and did not where to begin, and to make matters worse I was moving out of state. Todd was excellent at handling the business end especially with all the legal mumbo jumbo. He will take care of all the small print on all those documents you have to sign, and he is excellent at coordinating all the details...Todd...I don't know what I would have done without you. Lorie is great at staging your home to sell. She is so down to earth and very personable. I love this woman and she is there to do anything for you. I consider them both as friends now. I highly , highly recommend this team! You will not be disappointed!
