Luan handled the sale of my condo in Cambridge during the pandemic while I lived in Washington DC. I never met her in person and she took care of absolutely everything. She coordinated with the tenant; she arranged for the condo to be painted; she recommended the settlement attorney. She correctly priced the condo so that we received several offers above asking over the first weekend it was on the market. It sold for $50,000 above asking. It was by far the easiest real estate transaction I was ever involved with, thanks to Luan. I will definitely use Luan when I sell the other condo I own in the building.
