I would like to give a review of Jerald and Lynne Zwak the owners of Gemstone Reality. Most of my dealings have been with Lynne Zwak and I would like to say that if you want to buy or sell any real estate be sure to contact Gemstone Realty. I talked to Lynne and told her what I was looking for in a house and I even called her several times to ask her about houses I was interested in, one time in particular I called her about a property and Lynne told me she had not seen that property but she would stop by and check it out for me. I received a call from her after 7:30 that evening and she told me I wouldn't be interested in that property and why it did not suit me. Lynne hunted for several months to find a place for me ( I had several requirements that made it hard to find the perfect place but she did). In the end she paired me with a place that met all of my needs. All of her suggestions and insight in the housing market have been all anyone would ever need and I want to thank her for a job well done.

From beginning to end they gave much more than 100% and went out of their way to check out every home that I requested information on, even ones that they did not list or had not heard of just yet. The area that I was searching in was pretty wide, but Gemstone went to wherever they were needed and several times more than just once. The fact that I was trying to purchase a home while living out-of-state (far enough away that I could not be there every time a new listing came on the market) made their knowledge, experience and willingness to go beyond all very valuable assets to me. They kept me well-informed through the entire process of the paperwork, texts, emails and phone conversations that were made on my behalf. It is my pleasure to recommend Gemstone Realty Inc.
