Extremely negative experience. This person withheld part of my security deposit without any justification or supporting documentation after the lease ended. Since then, she has avoided all responsibility: she does not answer calls, provides no clear responses, and only sends repetitive excuses (being out of the country, family issues, etc.) without resolving anything. In practice, she disappears when it’s time to return the money. This behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. A security deposit is not the realtor’s money, and withholding it without justification may constitute an abusive practice. I have also become aware of similar situations involving other tenants, which suggests this is not an isolated incident but a pattern. ⚠️ Warning: be very careful when dealing with this person. Do not hand over money without clear documentation, keep records of everything, and make sure all terms are properly defined in writing.
