I've known Malynda for 5 years and she helped me on a couple of real estate transactions. She helped me buy my new house in Poway and she was incredible. She communicated efficiently, was very knowledgeable about the paperwork, and made sure the paperwork and the transaction ran very smoothly. She also came to my rescue when a property manager I was using to try to rent out my home let my house sit unoccupied for 5 months. Malynda is not a property manager but she encouraged me to manage the property myself, educated me, did thorough research on the market, advertised and helped me find a vet quality tenants who moved in in just 2 weeks! Malynda is so knowledgeable, proactive, warm and diligent. She listens to my needs and wishes with warmth and genuine attention and never gives up. So professional & such a pleasure to work with Malynda and her team helped to make the whole process of selling my first home as pain free as possible. Great at communicating what is needed to get the ball rolling. During the process Malynda provides such attention to detail that she makes you feel as though you are her only client and everything she is doing is only for your property, even when I know she is juggling multiple clients.
