He helped us in purchasing our first single family house and we appreciate his commitment in leaving no stone unturned to please his clients.

I'd like to personally recommend Mandip if you're in search of a local real estate agent by sharing with you our experience. I first heard about Mandip via a flyer he placed on my doorstep. It was good timing: I had just interviewed for a position on the east coast. Shortly after that flyer, I was looking for real estate agents. Mandip set himself apart by coming prepared with an estimate of the sale price and closing costs, being confident of his ability to secure a fair price quickly, and touting his diverse cultural experience. He had sold homes throughout the area and he was familiar with my house style from years previous. Mandip quickly put us in touch with local contractors who provided quotes for projects that would improve the house. and garner better offers. He generated interest through a "Coming Soon" post followed by a series of pictures to go along with the listing. He stayed abreast of the status of the projects and the packing. He quickly scheduled inspections, disclosures, and all other required activities, circling back with us on status. Throughout all of this, he was always responsive and sensitive to our shortened timeline. Once he was sure the house was at the right point, he set up a two-day open house. The house generated an offer almost immediately, but Mandip urged caution on the first offer. While it was over asking, he was sure a better offer would come through soon. We trusted him and he was spot on. The next day, the offer was in hand. From there, Mandip hustled for us. He was clear about timelines for escrow, activities we had to complete, and the myriad of little things that go into close. Mandip built trust, worked extremely hard, and made the otherwise stressful process of selling our home seamless. He was timely, honest, knowledgeable, and savvy to the Bay Area quirks

Very helpful, friendly and provides the right tips at the right time. Have known and worked with Mandip for more than 6 years and its nice to see the character and integrity Mandip brings to the occasion as compared to other realtors i have worked with. Based on my experience, Mandip is pretty knowledgeable about homes in south bay and east bay. Overall, i had a very pleasant experience working with Mandip and will definitely work with him in future.

As a first time home buyer, you can't have a better agent - Mandip understands the psychology of the 1st time buyers, is downright objective and is excellent in communicating the salient points of the process. He is a skillful negotiator who uses his craft to further the buyer's chance as much is realistically possible - which in my opinion is the key to get a home in the local market.

When he did not know something he will tell me upfront, rather than make it up, which was very important for me to build a trust.
