Id like to compliment Marc Lavoie of Sea Coast Exclusive Properties I think these business reviews sites are great as it gives me, the consumer, the ability to encourage businesses to strive for perfection. Having said that Id like to compliment Marc Lavoie of Sea Coast Exclusive Properties as being an incredibly good, efficient, honest Real Estate Agent as it took me 3 attempts to find a good one! Knowing that the real estate market was about to take off I decided to diversify some of my 401K savings into 2 investment rental properties. We are in a recession, banks are not lending and prices were low, so I ignorantly thought it would be easy to go out and get the pick of the litter as I was fully qualified, 25% down payment in hand, perfect credit, etc Wow, was I shocked to find out that the market was as crazy as it was several years earlier and Id be up against dozens of other buyers all fighting over the same low inventory of houses for sale! I used 2 other Realtors that were terrible, was about to give up on investing as it was too competitive, then by accident came across Marc Lavoie via a question I sent through the Internet on a short sale. He gave me more information in one email than the 2 previous Real Estate agents combined and quickly educated me about what I was in for!! I decided to work with Marc Lavoie and honestly do not think I would have been able to have bought a condo 6 months later, a small investment house. He knows his business and IS FAST AND EFFICIENT! The first condo was purchased ONLY because Marc texted me within 10 minutes of the MLS listing and showed me the property within hours and had a written offer the same day which was accepted by this seller who was discouraged that it had already fallen out of escrow. MARC ACTED FAST, I GOT THE CONDO! Six Months later I decided it was a smart financial decision to buy one more property and was warned by Marc that it was even more competitive now than just 6 months prior but he was ready to go on the offensive again for me! Daily texts, emails and calls to keep me updated the minute the newest MLS listings became available for me to see is how and why I was able to beat out 3 dozen other investor/buyers on a great investment house in Vista. He knows how to negotiate and more importantly, HOW TO WIN THE BID WITH THE RIGHT OFFER! Marc was right both times and as a result I have made approx $120,000 in equity in these 2 properties in just the last 9 months!!! It was the best investment decision that I have made and am absolutely convinced that I could not have won the bid without Marcs experience and knowledge.
