Marci Davenport

As a Realtor, Marci knows the home buying and selling process is just as emotional as it is a factual process. She believes to best serve her clients, up to date market knowledge is just as critical as patience and being able to listen and understand a client’s motivation and needs. Marci has extensive experience assisting home buyers and sellers to navigate the hurdles and opportunities that sometimes arise. Marci specializes in residential properties in Williamson and Northern Travis Counties but also has experience in Commercial and Farm and Ranch transactions. Originally from Austin, Marci calls Northwest Williamson County home where she and her family live on acreage with their mini-dachshund and miniature donkeys. When she is not assisting families with their real estate needs, she can usually be found volunteering with one of the many local organizations she holds close to her heart.
