Zero stars. Margaret Stephens from Homesmart, a licensed Realtor, bought a home to flip in the summer of 2020. We purchased her flip in the fall of 2020. Thankfully we had a Home Inspection and then additional roof, HVAC, electrical and plumbing inspections. She does not disclose issues when she re-lists the flip. She also incorrectly advertises; for example she said the HOA was $142/month, when it has been $250/month + $201/quarter....for the past three years! Buyer beware. Do not rely on her listing information and make sure to get a good home inspection/s.
