We first met Mariana serendipitously at an open house she was hosting with not a lot of knowledge regarding the home buying process and in just 4 short months, we became happy first-time homeowners. Mariana exemplifies everything one would want in a buyers agent, with a determined personality capable of navigating through the extremely competitive Bay Area market while displaying integrity and warm compassion toward her work and clients. In addition to finding us the right home, Mariana connected us with loan brokers and contractors that are just as skilled and honest as she is. If we ever want to sell/buy in the future, there is no doubt that Mariana would be first person we would call.

Mariana is a true professional, with a genuine interest in her clients and their home owning happiness. Bottom line is we wouldnt be living in our own home right now if it wasnt for Mariana. Her dedication to her clients is second to none. She has been there for us every step on our house hunting journey and gone way out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted. Mariana is very client focused and provides great customer service. She basically took care of every single thing for us, we didnt have to lift a finger except to sign the paperwork. She was very attentive and responsive, and happy to accommodate us even on very short notice. If youre looking for someone to really fight for you, to get you the house that you want and the best deal that you can get, Mariana is your best bet. She is also very well connected and happy to share her knowledge and experiences.

I honestly believe that I would not have been able to buy a house in this hyper-competitive, extremely expensive market without Mariana. She knowledgeably and effectively took care of everything form beginning to end. Not only did she expertly handle the normal buyer's agent role of finding properties, going over disclosures, going through comps, and putting together the bid, but she went far beyond that. She found an excellent mortgage broker who was able to put together a competitive loan package, so that Mariana and the broker were able to convince the seller that my bid was solid. She even managed to persuade the seller to take my bid over higher cash-only offers. She then worked with the bank's appraiser to make sure that the house appraised for more than the selling price. She also happens to be a really nice, considerate, kind person who was in constant communication with me to make sure that I was happy, who was three steps ahead of everything, and who held my hand all along the way. Even now after the sale is done, she's still helping me deal with all of the little details of moving into a new home. She's amazing and there's no way I'd be moving in my first home now if it wasn't for her.

I jumped into the Bay Area market at one of its craziest times. I don't think I would've been able to move into my first ever home today if it wasn't for Mariana's help. I started with not really knowing what I was comfortable with, not knowing how the process was and in general being too paralyzed by fear of the market. Mariana was very friendly and extremely helpful in helping me understand how to approach the market and to get over my fear of buying a home. She was incredibly patient in what ended up being a more than six month long process. Along the way she explained the market, what to look for and even took me for a ride to show me different places in the Peninsula that I should consider. And it helped that she was always very accurate with her predictions and estimates of how much a house would actually go for. When it came to actually making an offer, she went above and beyond to get everything sorted out. She was always willing to talk to me to walk me through every step of the way. She helped me when my original lenders were dragging their feet by connecting me with an excellent mortgage broker who was able to provide me with a competitive loan. And despite me wavering multiple times and despite me losing out on multiple bids, she was never frustrated and was always behind me helping. This of course all in addition to putting together the bids (multiple times), providing comparables, and much more. And even after closing, she's incredibly responsive to any questions I have. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mariana to anyone and I don't think I would've been moving into this amazing home without her help all along the way.

Mariana is awesome! We never thought our first offer in the Bay Area would result in us becoming home owners after hearing so many tough stories. We explained what we were interested in and she went to town, doing research, communicating at all hours, giving priceless advice and insight, and most importantly was rooting for us to be happy each step of the way, keeping our interests in mind first. She even recommended a great local loan agent to us, who also helped tremendously along the way with regard to the finance process. It only took us two weekends and less than 10 visits to various houses to find our dream home with a reasonable price. This is my first review on Yelp.. I am writing this because our realtor Mariana totally deserves it.. She represented us as buyers and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor than her. Absolute professional but a good friend at the same time.. She will go through every detail and guide you through every step. She was able to answer our questions even at late hours... Its easy to get a realtor but hard to find one who is as involved in doing the right thing for you as you are. She is not the one who is doing a job to make money and then forget about you. She will keep in touch and help you if needed after the transaction is done. We recommended her to another friend and they bought their home within weeks of knowing her.. She doesn't have a magic wand. But she is smart, knows the market well and has lot of local contacts which works best...We are so happy that we decided to work with her and bought our first Single family home. Thank You Mariana..
