Maria Orlando was very professional throughout my viewing and selling process. Everything went smooth. I am very pleased with her professionalism, and I recommend her if you were looking to buy or sell in the area.

I was so impressed with my Realtor, Marie Orlando (serving Southwest FL Naples, Marco Island area), that I was compelled to write a review which I seldom do. You must seriously consider retaining her services but allow me to explain! Early in January 2019 I received some news that required me to immediately find alternative shelter for some loved ones ... Marie knew none of my plight but I when I reached out to her .. instead of having to go thru a million qualifying questions she sensed that I did not have a lot of time (I came in from out of town) and I just needed her to show me as many housing options as possible including new builds, foreclosures, and various rentals over the entire expanse of Collier County (Naples/Bonita Beach, etc ). When I met her she was focused all business and especially in tune to my nonverbal communication as if she was reading my mind (which I do appreciate) sparing me the responsibility of saying lets not waste our time on this house or that condo! I found out quickly that she is quite intuitive and has quite an instinctive sense to her her knowledge was obvious as we walked thru a multitude of places educating me on the Pros and Cons. I recall one place in particular that had mold in it. While I smelled something she knew exactly what it was and would not allow us to spend one more minute in this place ... she did not like the place and knew it would not be a good investment for me either! I remember her saying something to the effect like lets get out of her ! I was out the door before she was . She was beyond gracious and I sensed she had this desire to want to help me (and my family) even though she had countless other clients she was juggling I guess as I write this it is a damn good quality for a Realtor to have or convey! All I know is that I felt she had my back. She made herself available to me from early morning to late evening sometimes as late as 9pm at night which worked out beautifully for me as my work schedule keeps me rather busy up to 12 hours a day. I found myself in mid-January pinching myself as Marie was exactly what I needed. I needed a partner with vast knowledge in the area to assist me ... NOT sell me to tolerate me ... be patient with me she was beyond gracious with me thru the hundreds of emails, texts and calls. I have been in Sales for a long time spanning a 33 year career ... I have a TYPE AAAA personality and I needed someone like her who was going to work hard for me ... focus me ... support me and pick up my ques. She did all of it and more. I know I was a royal pain in the butt on occasion and appreciate her tolerance of me immensely. The result ... She found a condo that had popped up one morning on the second weekend I visited that was not on the radar and although I did not overreact to the three minute walk thru I knew that what she had just showed me felt right ... was right! Marie then went to work. Strategizing on an offer working with Inspectors, HOAs, the Banks oh the Banks the other Realtor she was there for me and with me every step of the way she was AMAZING!!! I say this because if you want someone to work hard for you represent you and deliver even thru POST CLOSE you have found her. I got what I wanted but could not have done it without her assistance! I am post Legal Close now and wanted to share this remarkable experience with this remarkable realtor/woman. Best damn Realtor (and person) I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Do yourself a favor ... give her a chance and you will see what I mean.
