Marilyn Cunningham

5/4/2014 I have used Marilyn Cunningham twice in the last decade. On both occasions she was the selling agent on our home then the buying agent as we found our new place. Marilyn knows the industry very well, particularly here in the East Bay. Her hunches about value are spot on and she has an eye for those little things that will come up to bite you during a sale/purchase. Her most important/polished attribute is her personality. She gets along well with other brokers and keeps things smoothed out during the very stressful buy/sell transactions.I wouldn't think twice about using her again (although I sure hope I don't need to because I love our new home!) or recommending her to friends/family.This is a Yelp review

Marilyn Cuningham is AWESOME!! I had the pleasure of working with her recently on a transaction. She was representing a Seller in a Short Sale. I was the buyers agent. The reason I am giving another Realtor a review is because this is a genuine review that is well deserved. Everyone should know they would be in great hands working with Marilyn. She worked hard on the Short Sale and if it wasn't for her hard work my buyer wouldn't have gotten the house. At one point I had gotten sick and Marilyn took care of some paper work on my behalf (She didn't have to do that.) Strong, smart, trust worthy with a great personality sums her up in my book.
