The house we purchased was in foreclosure, which meant the price was lower than normal and that the work to complete the deal was more than normal. This didn't stop Marilyn from giving us top notch service and attention. When we sold the house, it still needed a lot of work to qualify for a conventional loan. We were worried that we wouldn't be able to find a buyer. I don't know how Marilyn did it, but she found someone. It was a very difficult situation for us, but Marilyn took care of everything.
