Marilyn Newland

Marilyn Newland is a Realtor who provides her clients with a real estate experience that she describes as “professional service with a personal touch.” She has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers in the North Texas real estate market, and has become their only real estate source as well as their trusted friend. She is an accredited buyer representative, a leader in the Keller Williams firm, and is a valued mentor for new agents. Until late 2009, when her schedule would no longer permit, Marilyn served on the board of Habitat for Humanity as President, and actively worked to improve housing in the community for everyone. She is committed to serving the needs of all of her clients, even after the sale is closed. Marilyn has lived in the Denton community for over 30 years, and her knowledge of the area is extensive.
