      Mark Carvalho helped us find our new home in Scottsdale, AZ. Mark is very knowledgeable and patient. Mark understood our concerns as buyers in a foreign country and was always ready with information and answers when we asked questions. As we had no experience with the US real estate market, it was very helpful to have someone like Mark on our side who had in-depth knowledge and at the same time understood our apprehensions. Mark is patient - he can answer the same question 20 times. He is very approachable, I always felt we were his number 1 priority.             Trust me when I say, "use this guy". You won't be sorry. Mark is a very knowledgable agent. When you meet him it is very obvious he knows his business. He pays attention to the details and doesn't cut any corners. He could have made the easy sale with our home but, instead he worked to increase the interest of our buyers and in the end through his negotiating we had three offers all above asking. Our final price was $10,000 over asking with the strongest buyer. Once again he impressed us with when he went above and beyond to help the appraisal come in at full price. Every step of the way he knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend if you want a professional real estate agent.

              After interviewing several agents, I chose Mark to sell my elderly aunt's house in Mesa. He had the best marketing plan, and his pricing strategy seemed sound. Mark quickly created an attractive online listing that led to multiple potential buyers visiting the property each week. Feedback from showing agents demonstrated that Mark had both priced the house appropriately and represented it accurately in the listing. Our situation was a bit complicated since I was acting on my aunt's behalf under a power of attorney and my aunt hadn't taken her deceased sister's name off title. Adding to the excitement...I was back east for Christmas when the (cash) offer came through with a request for a fast close. Mark expertly negotiated a last-minute conflict over who would pay for repairs recommended by the inspection. Had that conflict not been resolved successfully, the deal likely would have fallen through. Mark's wife and partner, Kristin, deserves a special call-out for dealing efficiently with the volumes of e-mail that this transaction generated, for providing understandable answers to all of my questions, and for projecting a sense of calm during the final hectic hours. Offer to recorded sale took just eight days...with me 2000 miles away!

From the very beginning the level of professionalism that Mark exhibited stood out from all the rest. I knew that if he made this kind of impression on me, the same would hold true when he is representing my property. It goes beyond presentation though. Mark is very knowledgeable with the market and in negotiation. Once we had a buyer, Kristin takes over and is extremely on top of things and super responsive.
