First off, I am not the kind of person to write a review. Especially after a great experience. However, our realtor Mark did such an amazing job, I wanted to share our experience with other home buyers and sellers. My husband and I wanted to sell our home so we can purchase a larger home for our growing family. We had no idea how to start the process and everything sounded really complicated. Mark did an excellent job explaining the strategy and made us feel comfortable enough to ask plenty of questions. He was extremely professional, answered all our calls and had a strong understanding of the crazy housing market. Mark was able to sell our house for above asking price and was able to get us in a new house we absolutely love. Even after the sale, he has made himself available. I highly recommend Mark to anyone who is thinking about selling or buying.

Mark Daya is amazing, he went above and beyond to get us our dream property! At the time we signed the contract, everyone thought this would be an easy straight-forward transaction, but that turned out to just be the beginning. The transaction turned out to be among the trickiest of all, but when things got complex, Mark really stepped up to the plate. He spent an inordinate amount of time understanding the complexities of the situation, understanding the perspectives of both parties, and negotiating with the sellers to make the deal happen.
