Mark assisted me with my relocation sale of my Logan Circle condo. As part of the relocation, they provide you realtor options and the seller gets to interview and choose. While I was apprehensive using an agent I didnt know, Mark exceeded any of the other realtors during the interview process given his professionalism, knowledge about the market and sales trends for my unique apartment, and came armed with great information for me to read that backed up his knowledge. Additionally, he understood the relocation process, which ultimately minimized any stress for me. Marks constant communication and professional launch of my property resulted in an immediate sale over asking price and I would highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs.

Mark has been my realtor for 3 transactions now (purchase of 1921 2nd St NE, sale of 1921 2nd St NE and purchase of my new home), and all have been excellent and very smooth process. The most recent transactions all occurred in a three and a half day span. Mark listed my home on a Thursday afternoon with a Sunday Open House and by Friday we had multiple offers over asking and went under contract by Saturday morning for well over asking price. Mark wrote up the offer for a house I had looked at that week first thing the next day after being under contract and we got the house the next day. There were a ton of moving pieces and Mark never missed a beat, during that three and a half day span or all the closing components during the weeks that followed. I really appreciate how he aligns expectations on his communication (if he's busy with other clients, he emails/texts you that he will reply later). We relocated to DC from Texas, and I was not very familiar with the area. Mark made the process go so smoothly for us and was knowledgeable about the DC area and where would be best for us to live. He was always quick to email me back and available to talk on the phone. Mark made sure our needs were met and was always friendly and professional. Mark and Tom were fantastic every step of the way. As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the process and they made everything so easy for me. They took care of so many details which I sincerely appreciated (setting up appointments, putting me in contact with a great lender, arranging for a home inspection, etc.) I can't say enough positive things about Mark and Tom. They were amazing - patient and knowledgeable, friendly and fun, respectful and warm. I really enjoyed the whole process and wouldn't consider doing it again without them. They were always responsive and super helpful- even late the night I took possession when my keys didn't work. They were always calm and confident about the steps and decisions to be made and that in turn made me feel calm and confident. They truly were perfect.
