Mark and Katie

We used Mark and Katie on both the selling of our home and the purchase of a new construction home. Mark represented the buyers while Katie represented us on the sale of our home. It was a pleasure to meet Mark and we worked primarily with Katie on both the sale of the old home and purchase of our new home as far as answering our questions. We were fortunate that Mark and Katie were able to ensure our purchase of our new home after we changed our minds and were looking at a home in Fort Collins before deciding to go ahead with the purchase of our home. They made the marathon of selling and buying as smooth as possible though we tended to get anxious during both the sale and purchase. Everything worked out well for the buyers of our home and us. We are happy with our new home and would seek out the Sheas in the future for our real estate needs.

Mark and Katie were extremely helpful and made the process easy, even in the middle of a global pandemic. Before viewing houses, they recommended lenders, and in the course of two days, they took me to tour 12 houses. Once we settled on one we were able to get an offer out within 24 hours. After that they helped as resources through every step of the process, from recommending a home inspector to negotiating the closing date with the seller. The homebuying process was a relative breeze, thanks in large part to Mark and Katie's help.

When I first started researching best ways to sell my house I reached out to zello offers and was offered $440,000 for my house. Trying to do my due diligence I reached out to Katie and Mark to have them give me a rundown of what it would look like to go on the market. Katie and Mark came out to my house within the next 3 hours and talk to me through what it would look like. Everything went exactly as planned and in the end we had a $500,000 purchase price.
