My farm was under contract for more than 6 months,had 30 horse boarding customers buyers were buying the house and boarding business,the day of the walk thru they never showed up ,had sold all my equipment and other business,had to send the boarders away ,ha d already sent my family off was left with only phone boos to sit on.never heard from Mary Anne Ridgely and never got the would be buyer s deposit.lost more than 300 k.
