I would not use her again as a realtor, I bought 3 houses between 2011 and 2012 and I have different problems with the sale of all 3 houses. She did come forward with the truth about the houses and I paid for it dearly. It cost me a lot of money to fix the problems that by law she was supposed to notify me off and she lied about the cost of the third house and sold it to us for more money than was asked for the purchase of the house.
