Maryanne Randall

Maryanne Randall grew up in Waltham, and has lived in Littleton for nearly 20 years. Although she has been a busy Realtor® for 25 years, she still exudes contagious enthusiasm when the subject is her specialty -- New Construction. Right from her first year in the business , Maryanne was attracted to new construction. It began with the architecture and period styles on the drawing boards of local builders. She loved studying the latest designs. Now, 15 subdivisions later, she still gravitates toward that segment of real estate. Maryanne explains: " There is something about the rawness and emptiness of land just before building begins. I love watching the whole process , seeing the homes take shape and form, growing from nothing into a community where people find some of their dreams realized."
