When I bought my first home, I was not a licensed real estate agent. I did not know how important the role of a real estate agent played. My agent did not care about me, my situation or my future. Her main goal was a quick transaction and commission. I am well known for helping first time home buyers and making sure they know what they are getting into. I take pride on educating my clients during the process. The same principles apply for representing a seller. I grew up working in construction which enables me to point things out that most agents can not.
