Trying to sell a house and buy another is very stressful. Frustration sets in very quickly or at least it did with me. Matt was always there when I was about to call the whole thing off, what he told me and how he explained it made a lot of sense. The bottom line to it all was timing, and the timing was never there but Matt kept reassuring us things would work out and they finally did. We got our dream house!
