    • Matt helped me buy a home

        My wife and I recently purchased a home in Carrollton. We live outside of Texas and relied heavily on Matt to provide feedback on the properties we were interested in visiting. Due to the very hot real estate market in the area, we worked with Matt to place an offer on our preferred property without seeing it in person. Matt was very honest and direct about the positive and negatives aspects of the house condition and also pointed out areas that did not need to be addressed immediately, but might become an issue in the next 3-5 years. With a clear understanding of the home we planned to purchase, Matt helped us formulate an offer to ensure we would win over all other bids. Once we were in escrow, Matt arranged all necessary inspections. This was especially important since the first inspection was done prior to the major freeze and follow-up inspections were needed to ensure no new damage had occurred. Matt was on top of communication with title and the listing agent to ensure a smooth escrow process. In addition, he provided many useful referrals to contractors in the area for projects we planned to undertake post close. Matt has also stayed in touch after closing to ensure everything was progressing smoothly with our move-in. We would highly recommend Matt for your residential real estate needs.
