When a friend approached me for a referral and the desperate need for help with a complicated transaction, I connected her with Max. Not only did Max sell her home, he also found a buyer from his vast network of contacts to buy the home! As if that wasn't enough, he made her dinner, breakfast, bought and installed a new battery in her car, and even re-planted a special tree of hers that he will now care for in his yard.
