"Megan was very good at keeping me updated either via text or via emails. She was very good about getting back to me the same day. She communicated very well to me. She made me feel confident and very important. I highly recommend that you use Megan.

"We are so happy with our new home Megan helped us get. We had a hard time selling my house and a hard time buying another house. Investors kept on coming through and buying out from under us but she was able to find us a lovely home and now we are very happy. And although the process itself was difficult, Megan made it really easy for us. She even made the process a lot of fun. She's very skilled and we highly recommend that you use her services."

"Megan sold all of my duplexes in Rancho Cordova. This was a little before the housing market collapsed and everyone was trying to get top dollar for their places. Megan recommended to sell a little cheaper to get it sold and it got sold. I saw a couple other houses in the neighborhood shortly after that that actually ended up abandoned because the market collapsed. I was real happy to have someone that had the market insight. She's a good Realtor. She gets it done!"
