  • Melina listed, but didn't sell, my home

Sells few homes. Few reviews online are from her family. Unfriendly.

    • Melina listed, but didn't sell, my home

Hard to get up with. Seemed too busy. Told us this was her "side job" and it sure seemed like it.

      • Melina listed, but didn't sell, my home

Melina was cruel, repeatedly attempting to remove me from the home with actual threats that my home was a danger, despite no evidence (beyond that her personal home was currently undergoing renovations after substantial mold was found throughout). She stated that no homes are sold with parties still in the home. She yelled at me on the phone when I refused to move out because I was not financially able. She had few to no recommendations. She exhibited extreme biphobia, despite being listed on the LGBT website, indicating preference for lesbians only. She had limited knowledge of the area or the pricing of the home. Eventually, she rage quit because I said she needed to at least come by the home (she refused to on multiple occasions, unless I was not present, and things went missing after that event; I have reason to believe she permitted someone else into the home while she was there who wanted items from the home, as evidenced by audio and external cameras at the time). Fortunately, after this incidence, I was able to get rid of her, and get a real realtor (rather than merely a hobbiest, as Melina is; she repeatedly indicated that her wife makes more than enough money that she does not need to work, and she sells less than a single home each year). He got the home on the market with good advice, and, once his advice (which differed from Melina's) was enacted, the home sold quickly at the expected price point (far different from Melina's wild guesses).
