Today's market requires that realtors not only provide lots of useful information, but that they are also able to make sure the clients are represented well when making offers, or pricing their homes for sale on the market. It took almost 6 months to find the right place for me but she never rushed me into making a bad decision. She walked me through every step of the buying process and explained it all. She even read the HOA rules and found an item that we had the seller to take care of, which I missed when I read the rules. I would recommend Melinda .
