My wife and I recently purchased a house in Twin Lakes in Saint Cloud, Florida. Melissa Hastings was our realtor throughout the experience. She was OUTSTANDING!! She listened to our needs and responded with great suggestions. While we were initially just looking and learning what would be needed to purchase a house in the future, she found us the perfect place, and we went ahead and bought a house!! We closed last week, and Melissa has been there throughout the entire 4 month experience. As our house was being built, and since we had to return to Michigan, she would often send pictures of the progress on the house. Throughout the process she was always available to us, being only a text away. While she may be relatively new to being a realtor, she is wise beyond her years. We will be recommending her to any of our friends that we can convince to join us in Florida for retirement! Our experience was far better than we were expecting (especially since we weren’t planning on buying right now anyway)! We can’t think of anything that Melissa could have done that would have made the experience any more pleasant. She has endeared herself to us and we hope to continue our friendship after we have made the move. We’re excited for the future, and I will be struggling to complete my career here in Michigan with the excitement of the house in Florida. Melissa met our needs flawlessly, and we couldn’t think of anything that she could have done better. She has been OUTSTANDING!!

I rated Melissa excellent in every area even though there were some things we did not need to do like negotiating best price. It is a brand new development. Melissa is approachable and accessible. She always responded in a timely way and always made things work out for me. Melissa responded to my initial email on the web, communicated with me and showed me the property I ultimately bought.
