My wife and I worked with Melissa when we originally acquired our condo in Studio City and were extremely happy with the process. We had attempted to work with a couple agents before we found her, but they just didn't seem to be a good fit. Both the purchase and sale of our home had some unique challenges. The original purchase was a short sale which required competent and experienced navigation of the intricacies of dealing with the bank/seller. With her help, we eventually locked it up and even after we closed, Melissa was there for us to ensure everything was smooth sailing. Our home had an unusual circumstance where we needed to have our condo comply with new LA County regulations for a seismic retrofit but hadn't broken ground on the project or even nailed down a complete estimate of costs. We wanted to move quickly, but were concerned with how to properly communicate this to interested buyers and if this might really hurt the chances of a smooth sale. She came up with a plan, clearly laid out the steps and everything came together exactly as we had hoped. From the first open house to escrow in one week! Her marketing was top notch, generating far more interest than the competition, resulting in a sale price exceeding our expectations with many other solid offers supporting that price. Excellent communication, reliable, attentive, detail oriented and makes you feel like the most important client in the world. Melissa is a rare find and I'm so grateful to have such an experienced professional willing to help my family out.

Our experience buying our first home together was awesome! Melissa is an LA real estate fixture and her insider-knowledge of the city extends well beyond what area is blowing up. We found a home within our price range that met all of our needs within reason. She helped with navigating the HOA documents, home inspection, escrow and title...basically everything. We were worried about the asbestos popcorn insulation but she helped us negotiate things with the buyer.Were really lucky to have found her when we needed the help.
