He was very aggressive to the lenders and the banks. Leaving disgruntled voice-mail and emails to the other agents. He threatened to sue my neighbors if they said anything to the sellers or if the closing didn't go through. He had individuals do lot of cover up on the houses so it looks new or upkept. Just be aware prior to being a buyer from him. Very shady...
