Michael Powell

Mike was educated in England and graduated from Oxford University, where he obtained his BSc and MSc degrees in Engineering Sciences. While at Oxford he represented the university in soccer, water polo and athletics. In his final year he won the university prize for coursework. Following Oxford, Mike received a scholarship to Cornell University, where he gained his MSc in Operations Research and Statistics. While there he met and married his wife Bobbie, a fellow student. Mike has a significant corporate experience across the globe, including managing 1, 500 people as Director of IBM, England. Mike was also Managing Partner in Price Waterhouse Coopers. Mike now works full time for Engel & Völkers in The Villages, specializing in listing and selling pre-owned homes in The Villages and the surrounding area. With his European contacts and significant contacts, Mike is uniquely placed to sell property in this area or to refer sales either within The United States or internationally.
