I had two homes to sell in Orange County and we live in San Diego, this was going to be a challenge, going back and forth to get the property ready to sell dealing with painters, gardeners and various other professionals to get the homes ready. Well fortunately I contacted Michael Richards and was truly amazed at all the help he did for me in the process of selling the homes. He know all the professionals I needed to get the houses in shape to have a wonderful selling experience. He contacted me to get my approval of everything that needed to be done to make the homes lovely and sellable. The houses sold the first weekend on the market. He had so many interested buyers that he had to remove the homes from the listing to review and approve all the interested parties. Never once did I need to drive to Orange County, he handled everything and it turned out wonderful. I am thankful that I was connected to Michael. Not only is he a true professional but knows his stuff. Amazed at how quickly the job was done and would recommend Michael Richards to anyone that is interested in buying or selling a home.

Michael has become our Realtor for life! When my husband and I started looking for a house, we initially went with a realtor that was a friend of the family. To be honest we weren't vibing. He wanted to push his opinions on us and I wasn't having it. So we dropped him. The next day we happened to call a listing Michael had and just by talking to him on the phone for a few minutes, we knew we wanted him as our Realtor.We weren't quite sure what city we wanted to live in and we had specific criteria we needed in a home and he took that info and ran with it.
