We had a great experience working with Michael Shiner selling our rental home in Tucson. He was friendly, an excellent communicator, and used his real estate market expertise to help us get the best deal on our house. The whole process was seamless. He helped us get contractors to make some repairs and upgrades to the house to maximize its value before selling. Everything was done while we were living in another city! If we move back to Tucson we will definitely be working with Michael and CXT Realty again.

Wow. Michael was a true life changer. First he managed to sell our very small, hard to sell home. Then he found us the perfect new place to call home. Michael's communication was the most impressive. On a recent family vacation to visit our daughter, who is in the Air Force stationed at Davis-Monthan AFB, we unexpectedly fell in love with Tucson, AZ and the surrounding area; and subsequently decided to start looking for our future retirement home here. Since we were only going to be in the area for a few weeks and didn't want to spend our entire vacation looking at property and haggling with realtors, we decided to draft and communicate to several realtors a detailed listing of our requirements and personal desires for the type of homes and ammenities we wanted to see. As a result, most of the realtors we spoke with either didn't want to accommodate our restricted schedule or didn't believe that we were serious about buying property based on our unique circumstances and limited time in Tucson. After a few days of communicating with local area realtors and attending showings of property that met few, if any, of our requirements; we were rather discouraged... then we were contacted by Michael Shiner. After only one conversation with Michael, we knew that we were finally dealing with a "true professional" and he made it clear that his priority was not only to help us find the right house, but also to ensure that we were able to spend quality time with our daughter during our vacation in Arizona. He stated that it was his job to find and show only properties that met our list of requirements and personal desires; and that he would coordinate all of our meetings and any property showings around our schedule to accommodate our vacation timeline and related restrictions. Michael coordinated with our daughter in Tucson and escorted her view the property on our behalf. With Michael's assistance we made an offer for the property, and two months later we were proud owners of what we think is the most beautiful home in Tucson."
