Michael Weber

I am a 40+ year resident of Northern Colorado, father and husband who also happens to help people with their real estate needs. Our family enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities including mountain biking, cycling, skiing, hiking, etc. We also love the many other opportunities for activities in our area. My real estate experience includes supervising and training other brokers and contract review, as well as pre-licensing instruction. As a Realtor for nearly 15 years, I have been involved in helping people with millions of dollars in transactions. Prior to selling real estate, I was a general contractor and built homes for many proud homeowners. The custom design phase was my favorite, taking advantage of views and the specific layout of the lot. I have been self employed for much of my working career and believe in good value and hard work while having fun with my clients.
