The definition of a customer focused company. I recently sold my home with offer pad and bought a new home to remodel. I made a mistake while ordering fixtures for the new house and sent it to the old address. I reached out to zillow and they were no help but it generated a lead to mikes team. Mike called and I told him what happened he said dont worry about it he would take care of it he scheduled an appointment went on his own and retrieved my package from my old house and then drove all the way back to his office. Keep in mind I don't know mike and didn't use him as our realtor there is nothing in this for him other than helping out a stranger. People dont do things like this anymore and its incredible when they do. Thank you again Mike.

Mike was awesome from start to finish. Knew the market and priced my office condo to sell fast. Mike visited a day before photography to help stage and de clutter offices and had a great photographer who had pictures back the same day. Mike went above and beyond by showing the units to eventual buyer a day after having eye surgery and we had a contract in 2 DAYS very close to list price. Mike did a great job negotiating repairs for fogged windows and helped take care of the other minor issues. Mike kept me informed as we approached closing and even caught an issue on the deed where closing attorney did not include both parcels on the deed.
