Michele sold our home in only 5 days, setting a record in our beautiful Bartram Park neighborhood. The professional brochures she created were gorgeous - I have never seen brochures of such quality before. The photographer she brought in to photograph our home did a phenomenal job. Michele worked closely with us to make sure the listing price was what we wanted it to be. When I asked if we could raise it she immediately agreed and we ended up getting MORE for our home than we originally thought we would. We bought our home in 2011 and sold in 2014 and made over $30K profit.
