- Michelle listed and sold my home
In thinking about selling our house, I contacted several agents. I selected Michelle Deering because she responded immediately to our inquiry, answered all my preliminary questions and without any commitments within 24 hours examined our property, gave us a balanced assessment of the market and a realistic selling price range. She also advised on any priority changes that would make the property more sellable. In a fast-moving market she set a selling price, that resulted in multiple offers, two bidding rounds, and two equally high offers. Pest inspection and minor repairs were arranged promptly by this agent. The original selected buyer withdrew, and Ms. Deering had carefully set the second buyer as a backup. The escrow was completed in just over a month. Throughout the process she kept me informed, often several times a week and handled the paperwork by computer and mail with helpful efficiency. Ms. Deering made a complicated process understandable with results better than we expected.

My experience with Michelle Deering while looking for, finding and purchasing my new home was excellent.
