Michelle Perlich

I am both knowledgeable and committed to finding my clients the perfect home- whether it's a condo in Paso Robles or a dream home on the coast of Shell Beach. I am passionate in my heartfelt drive to serve the best interest of my clients. I've obtained a Masters in Fine Art, with a specialty in Metalsmithing from Rochester Institute of Technology. I continue my career focused education by continually reading real estate related materials and attend education seminars regularly. I spend my working days engaging with fascinating clients, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, reading over home inspection reports, putting sold signs on lawns and passing keys over to ecstatic home owners. In my free time, I'm an avid scuba diver, with a large infatuation with the underwater world 80 feet below. I also love to travel the world trying new foods and taking cooking classes; Paris is my favorite city to visit. I finish my day by coming home to my supportive husband and energetic son, Lucian. All and all I couldn't have a more happy and lovely life and amazing job.
