I loved working with Michelle and her team. They were professional and responsive to our questions. Michelle spent a lot of time with my husband and I giving us feedback on how to get our home ready to sell and what to expect during the selling process. My evaluation of Michelle and the Ripley group that worked incredibly hard and long to get my place sold is that they are a special bunch of very nice people. Michelle has contacts that she has gathered over the years that allow her to workout a problem. We had plenty as we progressed and she just went after them as though it was routine. She has a special talent for working with people to get things accomplished. In the final days of the sale there were several negotiating issues that came up and as one might expect she managed to wrangle them all to the better and we ended up closing like nothing I've seen before. I do hope the buyer is pleased with what they purchased. It's a fine place with a good future and thanks to Michelle and the people she works with it will be better from the work they did. If you are looking for a house in the Oro Valley area Michelle Ripley is the only realtor to USE. Michelle showed us houses that were available and as close to our needs as possible. When we picked a house that we thought would work the first thing she said was that she needed the night to do comps to make sure we were not overpaying for the house. If it is possible for my jaw to hit the floor, it came close. Never had I had a realtor worry about what we were paying for a house...Most realtors only show you a house that they or their agency have listed so they receive the higher commission! They also just want a quick sale with no regard if the house really fits your needs. In the end we decided to live in Florida and dealing with realtors there was exactly like the poor behavior mentioned above.
