Our journey with Mike started about 2 years prior to or decision to sell, and buy. He stuck with us, and when we were ready... so was he! Guns blazing! With his help, our house sold within 4 days of being on the market, and we moved into our new home just 6 weeks later. The process that he and his team have configured takes all the stress out of the situation to make it as easy as possible. No questions left unanswered, no phone call not returned. Mike Green and his team were amazing! They took the stress out of selling our house. First, Mike and Kasie Brown came to our home to assess what needed to be done to sell quickly and with ease. We made some changes and listed within a few weeks. We have to say that the professional pictures taken made our house stand out! The brochures and plaquards were great touches! The exposure and advertising helped the house sell quickly and at full price! Then, we were looking for a home in Springfield Missouri and Mike and his team found us one in 2 weeks! Our favorite thing was that every time we looked at a home, we were presented with a complete rundown of every detail on the home we were viewing! Every stat on the house including comparisons, utilities,what people did for a living, and the general activities of the neighborhood were listed in a nice folder. When ever we wanted to look at a house, they would show it to us immediately ! Also, we were informed of every detail and were instructed on what we were to do all along the way. When we wanted to make an offer, Mike guided us to an amount that was accepted the very next morning! To say that Mike and his exceptional team are amazing is an understatement. We cannot thank them enough!
