Mike Trainor

I continue to be disappointed with the house Mike sold me less than a year ago. The house was flipped and much of the final work was very poorly done in haste to make the sale. Much of the house was a new build, and I have had more than my fair share of unexpected malfunction in the first year secondary to poor workmanship. I'm also finding the credits given for unfinished work were extremely insufficient. I admit that I am not a professional home buyer and therefore, do not have the keen eye to spot poor craftsmanship. So I shoulder some of the blame. But I work in a profession where I try and do my best to serve others and would expect that same of other professionals. Unfortunately I did not find that with Mr. Trainor. I don't routinely post reviews, but I'm so appalled with my purchase that I would be doing a disservice to not spread the word. I would not recommend buying a home from this agent.
