Min Jin was AWESOME! We did the entire process from Hawaii. Min Jin went the extra mile to ensure we found our family's needs for our new home. When it came to overall customer service, we couldn't ask for more. She accommodated our six-hour time zone difference, heard and listened to what we wanted and needed and went out on the search for us. She was there every step of the way. Let me just say this...we didn't see our home until the morning of our closing and not one regret. We HIGHLY recommend her!

Minjin was fantastic through our closing last Friday. She provided great recommendations on properties to view, and was patient when she spent 6+ hours at a time with us viewing houses and didnt find the one. Once we found the perfect property she got us to closing in 3 weeks. Very knowledgeable on not just all aspects of buying real estate, but also on what kinds of work/repairs properties would need and ballpark associated costs. It was a much better experience than the first time I bought a home. Well be using her again in the future.
