Nancy Stonehouse

I am a North Carolina native. I grew up in Belmont, NC (near Charlotte) and I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I have lived in the Piedmont Triad Region of North Carolina for 22 years. I absolutely love it here! It's a great place to raise a family. I am married (for 20 years!) and have a daughter that is 20 and a son that is 17. I have been a real estate agent for 11 years. I enjoy working with different types of buyers; everyone from the first time homebuyer to seniors looking to downsize. I also like to work with sellers to try to get there home sold in the shortest amount of time, for the most money, and the least amount of aggravation! My staging business, Design Solutions, helps home owners put their best foot forward when putting their home on the market. Please call or email me for help you with your real estate needs!
