My passion for helping people find great homes for sale in East Sac and the surrounding neighborhoods started long ago when I bought my first home for myself. Back in 1994 I turned that home into a rental and unknowingly started my real estate career. One rental turned into two and then before I knew it I owned thirteen rentals. I became very familiar with the buying and selling process as a client before ever considering becoming an agent. I’ve traded in my passion of hunting properties for myself and now I hunt for the perfect home for my clients. While I still get to pursue my passion I don’t have to move from home to home or manage rentals, I get to do it many more times a year and it’s much more fulfilling to help someone else buy or sell their home than it is to purchase one for me.
