- Nickolas never responded to my request
This is mainly so I can get it out there. I rented from Nick for a year, and he did an incredibly horrible job maintaining our property, responding to requests, processing payments for rent (he wouldn't cash checks on time, it was sporadic and difficult to account for), and when we moved out, he claimed that we owed nearly $4500 in fees, but that he would just "keep" our deposits (amounting to $2900) and let us "off the hook." Our neighbors constantly complained that he was a nightmare, and we couldn't see it until we moved out. Furthermore, once we moved out he continually claimed he would send us our deposit for months, finally sending us his "bill" and no money instead.
