Simply put, we wouldn't have purchased the home without her. She found the property just as it went on the market, though the sellers were not ready to show. She convinced them to show us the home and we made the offer the same day. Since we were moving from outside the area and weren't available during the period from the offer to the closing we turned to Nina to oversee everything for us: inspections, repairs, etc. Nina is very knowledgeable of the markets, always responsive, extremely patient and tireless.
